The hotel is clean and features nice service, complemented by a lovely and wonderful staff. the spacious, warm units exude the comfort of the 19th century, complete with central heating and a useful work desk. Its central location is also a great advantage, conveniently located near Niagara Golf Trail.

The staff were efficient and cooperative, offered us to visit a nice restaurant on-site. The location was central, great for a museum and a cathedral located near the hotel.

Good value for a newly renovated 4-star hotel. Reasonably spacious and well-equipped room with central heating and a writing table. Convenient bathtub in the bathroom. Perfect location in a safe area near Charles De Gaulle airport, Les Halles metro/RER station, and popular attractions like the Louvre and Notre-Dame, surrounded by cafes and bars.

Reasonably large room with air conditioning and 19th-century comfort. Incredible central location. Excellent friendly and attentive staff. Walking distance to a mall and a big shopping mall nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center, with easy access to two Metro stations from different lines. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the room, although basic, is clean and comfortable. the location is ideal for exploring the city, with attractions like the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame just a short walk away.

Some guests have reported issues with the shower being too small and the bathroom door not shutting properly.

I paid 1 EURO for 45 second internet connection. I had to climb four flats onto very narrow stair.I have seen first time in my life rental TV at Hotel.

Had a great night at this low-cost hotel in a nice location.

Location was great close to metro station and Louvre and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and speak good english. When I wanted to cancel the remaining period and come back to home (for personal reasons) the manager of the hotel gave me a good deal; however the cancellation policy of the hotel said there is no refund for cancellation.

Bathroom and shower tub were too small

The staff was friendly and helpful and very positive. The location is relatively good, since it is close to Rue de Rivoli and Les Halles.

Rooms are terrible. Doors are dangerous, there is only one power switch and it is almost in the ceiling, no fridge, no TV, no pillows. They should buy some pillows, since it is really a pity that there is no pillow. Rooms are less than 15 euros worth.

The staff here are extremely friendly and kind, and the location is great, just a short distance from the city center and train station; the 1st arrondissement area is definitely worth exploring.
